We offer a 7-day refund policy for all paid plans (Full Access and Lifetime). If you are not satisfied with NCLEXprep within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email certinhq@outlook.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges - your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for the same 7-day refund policy. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
