These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NCLEXpreps.com (“the Service”), operated by Certin (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not share your account credentials with others.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

NCLEXprep offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime plans are single-device and non-transferable.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on NCLEXprep, including flashcards, exam questions, study guides, and other materials, is original and independently developed. This content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

4. Disclaimer

NCLEXprep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or any official testing organization. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing the NCLEX-RN examination. Our content is for educational purposes only.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute exam content; (b) use automated systems to scrape content; (c) share your account with others; (d) reverse engineer the platform; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content will cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
